Vogue Homes was built on family values, moving through generations of hardworking Australians.

Starting out in a small office, Michael created a small and humble construction business completing small-medium subdivisions, town houses/multi-unit dwellings and stand-alone homes in the residential environment. Michael’s passion for the industry and his family was a key driver in his successes.

As Michael’s family grew older, his son, James, decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. While completing his builders licence, James began working as a supervisor. As he learned the business and finished his studies, James saw a bigger future and began to envision greatness for this small family business. The father and son duo, through hard work, passion and dedication created Vogue Homes.

Unfortunately when tragedy struck, we lost our beloved creator James. James left behind a legacy; a company that had grown to be successful, a diverse range of loyal staff, quality product and service and loyal customers. This legacy was passed onto his sister, Kristina, who joined the team at Vogue Homes to support the family business. She was quick to find the passion that drove James to establish a successful family run business.

We are on a mission to not be a large, overrun business but a respectable family run business that continues to offer innovative and quality homes that provides a lifestyle to our customers.

With over 38 years of experience, Vogue Homes is committed to our customers.

FAQs

Q What is the difference between a base price and the final contract price?

A lot of builders talk about base house price. The base price is a bare minimum price, an amount that does not include what you require to finish your new home – for example, a driveway. Many builders will start with the base house price and then add on what you need to ensure your home is complete. At Vogue Homes, we include everything upfront. Our Vogue Designs packaged with the Vogue Inclusions will ensure your home is ready to be lived in, we will provide you have an under main roof tiled alfresco, a driveway, carpet to your bedrooms and much more.

Q Do you offer a custom build service?

Vogue Homes offers an excellent custom design service. You will have the opportunity to sit down with our draftsman to create something unique for your block. Our custom home builds are priced using the same system as our standard so that you can expect accurate and fair pricing. We will guide you through the whole process to ensure you get what you want.

Q What are site costs?

Site costs is a blanket term used to describe the mandatory items involved with preparing your site ready for the installation of your ground floor.

Site costs include:

Contour survey

Fence hire
Insurances and warranties
Site works include:
