Yes, Definitely. We need good quality content such as text & images for every listing. Please ensure the content such as text & images doesn’t violate Copyright Law and images are in very good quality. You may add YouTube videos relating your business as well. The size of the logo should be minimum 364 width 300 height in pixels. Size of Featured Image should be minimum of 372 pixels width and 240 pixels height. Size of the Banner Images should be minimum 750 width 260 height in pixels. If you are unable to resize the images as per the above requirements, please email us the images and company logo in good quality (without editing), and we will do the needful from our end.
Yes. The description section should be limited to 500 words. To reduce site loading time, “text” should be limited to 100 words per each “daily itinerary” and maximum 500 words with regards to the “Description” section of all “Tour Package” listings. With Regards to RENT A CAR and Adventure & Outdoor Activity Listings, we allow maximum of 600 words of “text” in the “Description” section. we may allow additional word count – but it’s entirely at our own discretion. For “Tour Packages”, we need to have complete itineraries for each day of the tour for all tour packages apart from “Day Tours”.
Yes, you can have your contact details included in the listing. Additionally, we can include links to your social media accounts and website
NO, we won’t refund, unless we are duty bound to do so under our Terms & Conditions. Under no circumstances we can give you a guarantee that you will get any business income as a result of advertising / listing with us. We generally advise our advertisers to be “fair” when it comes to “pricing” and to include all relevant content such as brief summary of your business. For example , if its a Tour / Adventure & Outdoor activity , Daily Itineraries with complete details of where you intend to take your client , what’s included and what’s excluded etc. Pay special attention to Images / photos you want us to include. However, you are more than welcome to cancel your subscription at any given time.
No. Listings may get “shuffle” automatically. If you want to increase your listing’s visibility, after placing your listing, you may consider Featured Listings where you got the ability to Feature your listings in our Home Page, on top of the category page or at the right hand side panel of other competitor ads. To feature your ads, please visit “Ad Campaign” section in your Dashboard
You may do so via your own Customer Account (Dashboard). It’s your responsibility to maintain up to date information about your listing/s such as but not limited to General info, Images, Change of Address & Contact Details, Price changes & Changes to services offered etc
We do have every right to REFUSE any listing and refund the payment if we feel that the content got Copyright Issues or if we feel our reputation may get affected as a result of publishing your listing. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertising from http://3.27.190.64 for any reason at any time. We will provide reasonable notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any advertising. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws and regulations. If we become aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation, or of these Guidelines, we may remove the listing with immediate effect. No advertising shall be permitted that may injure the good name or reputation of VISIT 2 AUSTRALIA. If we see that you are not providing a good customer service to our clients and as a result getting negative feedback, to safeguard our reputation and to safeguard our customers, we will remove your listing with immediate effect and you won’t be entitled for any refunds such as Monthly or Yearly subscription fee etc.
